2010 Schedule

You are more then welcome to drop by and experience Capoeira yourself. We will always accomodate your level, whether you are a novice or had trained Capoeira before.
Classes take place in different community centers and studios all over Vancouver (see map and details below). They are conviniently scheduled during the evening hours, so it won't interfere with your work or study.

Please wear comofortable pants and a t-shirt (preferably white). You should be barefoot during the class so be prepared for it, though if you are having troubles with it we will allow comfortable shoes. It is also advisable not to eat for a few hours before the class, due to a heavy cardio load.

Tuesday: West End Community Center

Jan 12 to March 23 (11 weeks)
Kids (5-8 years old): 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Adults 8:15 pm - 9:45 pm

Friday: False Creek Community Center

Kids 5 yrs+: 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Note: New students please wear comfortable white T-shirt and pants. Uniforms, white pants with belt and white abada capoeira T-shirts, are available in adult and kids sizes. Uniforms are required after a maximum of one months training.
